David Norbut began restoring historical homes and properties, as well as developing land holdings, over 20 years ago at the age of 17. His successful company named Norbut Renovations has renovated and built hundreds of homes in the Rochester, NY area. Dave’s design-build ideology has transcended into the realm of solar farms Norbut Solar Farms, sustainable housing developments like Ranches On The Farm and historical buildings that are now modern workspaces for several small businesses and Fortune 500 companies.

Jared Perram brings over a decade of renewable energy experience and a Business degree from Buffalo State College to the team. After honing his solar industry knowledge out in California, Jared relocated back to Western New York to join our team. He enjoys creating spreadsheets that show the savings that could be generated for our solar farm off-takers through our Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
